When you ring, you get Jonathan, and he is the one who comes and looks at the job. Ady and Ellis do the decorating alongside him, so a big job does not take a month of one man on a ladder.
A small firm, on purpose
Whites Professional Decorators Ltd has been a limited company since April 2019, run from Long Eaton by Jonathan White. Before this site existed, every job came through a recommendation or the Facebook page, which is why there are 62 recommendations on there and 18 reviews on Google and no website at all.
What you get out of a small team rather than a one man band is that a whole house does not take three weeks longer than it should, and what you get out of it being small is that the person who quoted your job is on it. Those two things usually pull against each other. Here they do not.
What we are not going to tell you
Plenty of decorators' websites carry a row of trade body badges and a line about insurance cover. We have left ours blank, and you should read that as honesty rather than as an answer. Ask us on the phone about insurance, about qualifications, about how long we have been at it, and you will get a straight answer. What you will not get is a claim on a website that nobody ever checked.
The same goes for prices. You will not find a rate card here, because a room is not a standard size and the wall behind the paper is never what you thought. We look at it, then we tell you the number.
